Job Summary

As a Front Desk Attendant at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department service. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all arrivals, departures, and in-house guests.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure high standards of service are maintained, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee relations, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure all orders and decisions taken by the Assistant FOM or Duty Manager are strictly followed up.
  • Assist with arrival and departure luggage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Secondary / High school education or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages an advantage.
