Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Marriott International, Inc. and be part of a dynamic and diverse workforce. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure that guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
