Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure that guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
