Job Title: Front Desk Hospitality Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As the face of Sonder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Guide guests through the Sonder app and self-service features, ensuring they make the most of their stay.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Support the back-of-house team with administrative tasks, inventory checks, and minor maintenance issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
