Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

At Marriott International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist staff with expediting situations related to guest service and follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in and anticipate sold-out situations to obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations.
  • Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements and requests.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and review shift logs/daily memo books to document pertinent information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with other languages highly valued.
