Job Summary

As a Front Desk Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the front desk team in processing payments, resolving guest issues, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the front desk team in processing payments and resolving guest issues
  • Maintain accurate records and process payments in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
  • Prepare daily reports and review them for accuracy
  • Cash and balance the front desk register
  • Assist with training and mentoring of front desk staff
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
