Pestana Plaza Mayor - Madrid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional with a passion for hospitality who can lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train Front Office staff to ensure a professional and friendly service to all guests.
  • Coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone operations.
  • Ensure the front desk delivers a professional and friendly service to all guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with tact and efficiency.
  • Arrange staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and the Front Office team.
  • Prepare monthly reports and manage the budget for the Front Office department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • High problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish; other languages are valued.
  • Advanced knowledge of the OPERA system.
