Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient team management.
- Support the Front Office Manager in directing the reception team and assume responsibility in their absence.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, check-ins and check-outs, and other related activities.
- Optimize contingent capacity utilization and handle direct bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel at home.
- Proven experience in the upscale hospitality industry, preferably in a front office or reception role.
- Desirable: prior management experience and knowledge of protel.
- Fluency in the English language (en-US) is essential.
