Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Manager at Robinson Club, you will be the face of our hospitality experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and cared for from arrival to departure.
Your role will involve managing the reception area, coordinating with the team to provide exceptional guest services, and maintaining a high level of quality and organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities in the front and back office run smoothly, and that the contingent capacity utilization is optimal.
As a Front Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for supporting other departments as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in the upscale hospitality industry, ideally with knowledge of protel, and fluency in the local language.
