Job Summary: We are currently looking for 2 experienced, successful and proven Enterprise Sales Managers in Spain to sell our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government & enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. They must have a strong, credible and professional working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  3. Strong team player.
  4. Prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate or public/governmental customers.
  5. Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
  6. Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  7. Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
  8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  9. Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.

Requirements:

  1. College degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industry.
  2. Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience.
  3. Preferred experience in sales of servers to enterprise clients.
  4. Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies.
  5. Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
  6. Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.
  7. Experience entering, tracking and reporting data on lead activity.
  8. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  9. Must have Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  10. Multi-task and time management skills are a must.
  11. Proficient in English and additional language is a huge plus.
  12. Self-admin skills are a must.

Compensation: Base salary $70-80K
