Key Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with our ambitions, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
  • Business Management: Take charge of the entire sales cycle, building strategic relationships with key partners and clients.
  • Operations and Logistics: Ensure operational management (logistics, distribution, customer service, after-sales service), while ensuring the quality of our products and services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with local regulations and company standards, adapting processes to specific market requirements.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the region's budget, analyze financial performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with the European marketing teams to implement marketing strategies.
  • Communication and Representation: Be the ambassador of Empresa Reconocida in Spain and Portugal, actively participating in sector events.
Requirements
  • University degree, business school (Bac + 4/5), with appreciated commercial or managerial training.
  • Proven experience in managing business operations in the consumer electronics sector in Spain and Portugal.
  • Established network in the industry and the ability to leverage relationships to foster growth.
  • Negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative growth strategies.
