Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead our business in Spain, working closely with our anchor client and developing relationships with potential new clients and suppliers. The successful candidate will collaborate with our Development department to ensure the new warehouse meets all operational needs and will be responsible for supervising NewCold's Warehouse and Transport activities in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent NewCold in front of current customers and stakeholders in Spain
  • Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations
  • Develop and maintain a strong and motivated operational team
  • Connect the Country-specific direction with overall NewCold goals and objectives
  • Present an Annual Operating Plan to HQ and manage projects within budget
  • Implement quality systems and provide results to HQ on a monthly basis
  • Organize the monthly Country Meeting and ensure decisions are implemented operationally
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be accountable for delivering the best service to customers, maintaining sustainable and profitable growth, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
