CMS is seeking a seasoned professional to join our newly formed Security Integration business as a Country Manager for Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our client's security projects, including project management, design support, integration, service, technical troubleshooting, and oversight in support of our regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our client's security projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Act as a single point of contact for our clients in Spain, coordinating service, maintenance, and installation activities at customer locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our LSP network (Local Service Partners) and support the development of our Spain business & supply chain.
- Ensure all works are completed on time, on budget, and tested to the highest industry standards.
- A minimum of years of experience in Security Systems Integration.
- Implementation, design, and project management experience.
- Engineering and Technical Skills, preferably with a background as an Engineer who has transitioned from the field to project management operations management.
- Experience with Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and IT Systems.
- Knowledge of Spain ELV systems code / standards / compliance.
- A good network of local sub-contractors (cable installers, conduit installers, installation technicians, etc.).
- Ability to work individually, lead, and grow / build a team.
- Resourceful and a problem solver.
- Experience with Spain supply chains / distribution / product manufacturers.
- Knowledge of Spain's commercial and industrial sectors.
