Sales Director for Spain and Portugal

Urbanasearch is seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales teams in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development to grow and empower the team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, driving collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, implementing data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with a track record of achieving outstanding sales results and sales leadership qualities.
- Experience from within a service selling environment, including tender management and proposals.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
- External awareness, keeping abreast of market dynamics, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
