Amazon Business Quoting Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Quoting Specialist. As a key member of our B2B Quoting Business, you will be responsible for connecting with Sellers and Customers to coordinate bulk orders and improve the bulk ordering experience for our Business Customers and Sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts and support them in fulfilling bulk orders by Business Customers.
  • Help improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our Business Customers and Sellers.
  • Work on projects to improve the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business or account management in e-commerce or a similar industry.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong data skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Good listener and effective communicator.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Relentless customer focus.
