About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Flutter Entertainment. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with customers through messaging services and ticketing systems to resolve queries and provide information on promotions, regulations, and requirements.
  2. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure accurate and thorough responses.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of our brands and services.
  4. Participate in projects and task groups to gain a deeper understanding of the business and develop your skills.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Good knowledge of English and native Spanish level.
  • Highly motivated with great attention to detail and ability to evaluate customer demands.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is not required, but relevant experience or interest in customer support, online gaming, or online payment processing is an advantage.
