Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TecAlliance. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document solutions and ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support the development and maintenance of our software solutions
- Establish and maintain new business relationships
- Professional experience in 1st level support or in a ticket system service center
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Language proficiency in English, German, and French (B2 or higher)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

This role is based in Spain and requires the ability to work from within the country. We offer a hybrid work setup, with the option to work remotely or from our office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
