We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Trainer and Coach to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing coaching and development opportunities to our customer service representatives.
About the Role:- Coach and develop customer service representatives to improve their performance and customer satisfaction
- Design and deliver training programs to equip customer service representatives with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to help customer service representatives improve their performance
The ideal candidate will have experience as a trainer or coach with a background in customer service. They will be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:- Experience as a trainer or coach with a background in customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
