About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Tlc Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with blue-chip clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and brand managers at all levels
  • Craft innovative solutions to drive measurable results and meet client objectives
  • Work closely with our marketing, creative, and account management colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in marketing, advertising, or customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing/advertising principles
