Job Description
This role assists the Retail Management team in the day-to-day running of designated stores within a specific area. The successful candidate will take ownership of various duties while ensuring store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved. In the absence of the Manager, you will be the first point of contact, motivating the workforce to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding targets and maintaining business standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer experiences, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain personal appearance and adhere to company guidelines for internal team attire.
  • Understand and interpret relevant Oracle reports, utilizing in-store devices to ensure team members are engaged.
  • Analyse Footfall, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Conversion using the store's dashboard.
  • Inspire customers to make purchases through visual techniques.
  • Action weekly briefs and ensure merchandise is correctly priced, displayed, and stocked.

Training & Development
Develop internal staff, promoting progression within the group. Monitor Training and Development site progress and track employee development through E-assessments. Assist with store recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training, prioritizing management development through the Trainee Management Academy.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed
A strong command of verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Willingness to travel.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £35,000-£50,000, based on industry standards and location.
