We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Professional to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our business portfolio in Spain and potentially across Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and converting new sales leads into customers
  • Collaborating with Spanish colleagues and partners to drive growth
  • Analyzing market trends to uncover new opportunities
  • Setting sales goals and working with the Sales Director on strategic plans
  • Partnering with internal teams to meet market demands

We are looking for a proactive sales expert with excellent communication and intercultural skills. You should have proven experience in sales, preferably in an agile environment, and experience in HR software across key functions such as workforce planning, payroll management, time tracking, and attendance systems.

As a self-starter, you should be able to work autonomously and be willing to travel if needed. You should also have great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization.
