About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Future Group. As a key player in our sales initiatives, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to meet corporate objectives and drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience and present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the localization industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, strong technical experience relevant to the translation and localization industry, and exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
