Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager

About the Role:

Manning Global is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and marketing opportunities, developing strategies to hit sales targets, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategic business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  3. Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with customers to introduce new products and solutions, and provide updates on sales activity.
  5. Report and Analyze: Provide regular sales reports and analyze sales activity to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above required.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record.
  3. Customer Resources: Already having customer resources of large retailers in Spain or Portugal is preferred.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  5. Industry Experience: Sales experience in retail, communication, and consumer electronics industries is preferred.
  6. Crm Experience: Experience of using Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  7. Language: English, Spanish. Chinese is a big plus.
  8. Driving License: Driving license is preferred.
