Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and full ownership of target and sales strategy. You will act as a liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders, negotiating agreements, contracts, and marketing campaigns with partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and full ownership of target and sales strategy.
  2. Liaison and Negotiation: Act as a liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders, negotiating agreements, contracts, and marketing campaigns with partners.
  3. Business Development: Identify new revenue-generating opportunities and build business cases to prioritize.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Create reports and business analysis reports to view results and identify business opportunities.
  5. Travel and Representation: Ability to travel quarterly to attend trade shows, conferences, or sales calls.
Requirements
  1. Industry Knowledge: Have a high understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and API/XML knowledge basics.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  3. Skills: Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and organizing skills. Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive strategy and make decisions.
  4. Language: Fluent in English.
  5. Location: Based in Spain - work from home.
