Key Account Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at SC Johnson. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing specific accounts within the Spanish trade, including analysis, presentation of products, and trade term negotiation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell our products to Spanish trade partners and independently handle current clients.
- Realize sales and distribution targets within customer groups.
- Manage customer profit and loss (P&L) statements.
- Prepare and realize year-end talks within agreed budgets.
- Develop and implement annual business plans according to customer commercial strategy pillars.
- Support the Associate Manager/Manager Sales Account Management.
- Prepare and handle presentations to customers for new products, promotions, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree-level education or equivalent, with an emphasis on Sales & Marketing.
- Commercial background with at least 3 years of experience in commercial roles (ideally a combination of Sales or Customer Marketing and Marketing).
- Mobility.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Spain & European retail environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to drive results with a high degree of initiative and speed.
- Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous environment.
