The company, a renowned global leader in contact lenses, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Key Account Manager Iberia. This position is responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Category Growth Strategy: Develop and implement category growth plans to drive revenue expansion and customer satisfaction.
  2. Customer Business Planning: Collaborate with customers to create annual business plans that align with their commercial strategy and financial goals.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to establish trust and provide expert business advice.
  5. Contact Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive contact strategy to engage with key customer stakeholders, including buyer, controller, merchandising, marketing, store operations, and supply chain teams.
  6. Onboarding and Integration: Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and develop existing relationships to drive business growth.
  7. Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  8. ROI and Profitability: Monitor and control account development spend to ensure alignment with budgeted targets and drive business profitability.
