About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at PayRetailers Arg S.R.L. as we continue to expand our presence in Latin America and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed.
  • Account Growth: Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to develop and execute strategic account plans, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer portfolio.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients, leveraging industry trends and market analysis to inform account strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients to drive growth and enhance client engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to enhance client retention and drive business growth, aligning with company objectives and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6 years of Sales/Account Management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing top-tier accounts in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech firms.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a problem-solving attitude and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
