Account Manager

Games Workshop is seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our expanding team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners, helping them grow their sales by managing their product range and providing expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call independent retail outlets on a weekly basis to ensure they have the right product range in stock.
  • Advise trade partners on what products they need to order to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop a relationship of trust with customers.
  • Perform stock checks and ensure reorders are made as needed.
  • Inform trade partners of new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales.
  • Look for ways to grow the number of customers committed to our stockist programme.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and high organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence existing clients and grow sales.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, plus one additional language to a business level.
