About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Log call details and provide response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French and advanced English language skills
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
  • Customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
  • Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution or escalate as needed
