Strategic Agency Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Agency Development Lead to join our team at Amazon Advertising. This role will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, increasing adoption of Amazon Ads tools, and expanding the total advertiser universe within our largest agency customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage engagement strategies with C-Level executives, SVP/VP-Level decision makers, and influencers within agencies.
- Create and execute cross-team project plans to drive commercial structures and incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions.
- Develop business plans with key agency stakeholders to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.
- Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.
- Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.
- Strong business leadership skills with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
- Relevant years of B2B sales experience, preferably in agency development, business development, partnerships, or sales at a major media company.
- Domain expertise in digital advertising with a focus on streaming TV, linear TV, and video.
- Experience in media buying or selling (connected TV, linear TV, video strategies) is highly desirable.
- Established relationships at 'Big 6' Holding Companies and experience in agency stakeholder relationship management are also essential.
- A competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
