Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, to ensure a smooth experience for the CEO.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Organize appointments, meetings, and events for the CEO, taking into account their schedule and preferences.
- Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, including email management, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely task completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
