About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have prior experience working in an administrative capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage email correspondence, respond to phone calls, and take messages on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary: $73,500 - $93,500 per annum, based on location and experience.
