Administrative Support Specialist

We are collaborating with a French group at Marlex to offer investment solutions for individuals and companies. Our offices in Sant Cugat require a skilled professional to provide exceptional support as an Administrative Support Specialist.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for executives, ensuring seamless communication and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Secretarial Assistance: Provide personalized support to the CEO, COO, and CIO, as well as senior-level managers.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of tasks in a well-organized and timely manner, including creating and reformating presentations, documentation, and reports.
- Meeting Management: Prepare documentation for meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and set up meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
- Expense Reporting: Rack daily expenses and prepare expense reports.
In addition, the ideal candidate will:
- Welcome Visitors: Welcome visitors warmly and assist with any questions or requests they may have.
- Support General Services: Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements during holiday periods and leaves.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with an indefinite contract and a competitive Gross Annual Salary: €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience, knowledge, and competence.
