Reception and Office Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive receptionist to join our team at Openchip & Software Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional reception services, managing phone calls, attending to visitors, coordinating agendas, organizing events, and offering general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception: Greet and receive visitors and calls in a professional and efficient manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support the Office Manager in coordinating and organizing office tasks. Maintain the reception area clean and tidy.
- Coordinate and manage schedules as assigned. Organize and schedule meetings, video conferences, and internal events.
- Event Organization: Collaborate in the planning and execution of internal and external events (meetings, conferences, etc.). Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual material, and transportation.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as document management, report preparation, and database updates.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 6-10 years of experience in a similar position in a large, technology-based company.
- Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English at a professional level.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Organization and planning. Customer orientation and proactivity. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, agenda management software).
- Education: A university degree related to the position or similar is valued. Advanced level of proficiency in Office Suite. Experience in organizing business trips.
