Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract. As an Italian speaking office administrator, you will provide administrative support to a busy team in the heart of London.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing general secretarial and administrative support
  2. Serving as the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring seamless communication at all times
  3. Maintaining accurate records and updating project files and documents efficiently

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic individual with a solid administration background to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  2. Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or equivalent role
  3. Proven track record of working in a secretarial or administrative capacity
  4. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  5. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
