Multilingual Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract. As an Italian speaking office administrator, you will provide administrative support to a busy team in the heart of London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general secretarial and administrative support
- Serving as the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring seamless communication at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and updating project files and documents efficiently
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic individual with a solid administration background to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or equivalent role
- Proven track record of working in a secretarial or administrative capacity
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
