Company Overview:

This platform aims to transform Axa's value proposition by serving existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model. The focus is on risk prediction, prevention, and management.

The DCP relies on creating a platform of Axa's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties.

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Support Specialist to provide personal support to five leadership members within the organisation. As part of this role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and supportive tasks, working with a high level of autonomy and initiative to ensure the maximum efficiency of the business area and executive role it supports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help prioritise time and appointments through efficient diary management and reliable travel planning and execution.
- Plan and facilitate delivery of Leaders' critical meetings and maintain longer-range calendars of events and other key activities.
- Manage associated Leaders' operational expenses incurred through necessary booking and finance systems in a timely manner.
- Manage Travel and Expenses processes on COUPA and stay connected with Finance team for DCP to ensure alignment.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
