We are looking for a skilled Italian language support coordinator to join our team in London on a temporary contract. This role involves providing administrative support to a busy team and requires strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support
  • Be the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring smooth communication at all times
  • Maintain and update all project files and project documents

The ideal candidate will have a solid administration background and be fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator or Administration Executive is required.

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator or Administration Executive
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
Salary
