We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization, shaping the future of hospitality.
About the RoleThe Executive Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Committee, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Executive Committee's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments to ensure smooth running.
- Answer phone calls, screen, and transfer as necessary.
- Coordinate with various departments and staff levels on matters directed by the General Manager.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Perform office administration duties, including mail, photocopying, and supplies.
- Prepare and manage correspondences for General Manager's signature.
- Prepare presentations, memorandums, reports, forms, and other documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Executive Office.
- Respond to guests' correspondence on behalf of the Executive Office Team.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have high-level attention to detail.
- Take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
- Familiarity with organizational charts and company hierarchy.
