SalaryThe salary for this position is approximately €35,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs an Office Assistant and Operations Coordinator, you will join our People Experience Team and play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager, including coordinating maintenance, managing office supplies, and handling reception duties.
- Serving as a backup to the Office Manager during their holidays.
- Offering PA services to the Executive Team and Founders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc requests.
- Organizing off-sites, including booking accommodations, transportation, restaurants, and merchandise.
- Running basic administrative tasks, such as expense reports, budget reports, and presenting invoices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A professional level of English and Spanish.
- Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in startups.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
