Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Tyvek Garments business team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide proactive and reactive support to customers, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales policies, and business processes to provide expert support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP and SFDC is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
