Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or background as a Client Service Representative.
- Excellent phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and practices.
- Customer-centric approach and ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Spanish, English, and a third language is highly valued.
