Sales and Customer Care Representative

Position Overview:
At Axalta, we are committed to leading the coatings industry through continuous innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to enhance our team.
Role Purpose:
The primary function of this role is to manage and process customer orders while providing essential service information to both existing and prospective clients. This includes handling a variety of order types, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, leveraging expertise to address internal escalations effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Process both standard and complex orders, and proactively communicate any delays related to product availability or shipping.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and manage customer complaints and returns in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor open orders diligently to guarantee timely deliveries, performing quality checks and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality data, including customer master data, invoicing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including sales, logistics, supply chain, and customers, to ensure a cohesive service experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer-focused role.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
