Customer Care & Fashion Advisor

Join Mytheresa, a leading global digital luxury shopping platform, as a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will provide exceptional support to our international premium clients, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer advisory and support services to clients regarding the order process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping, to resolve customer issues.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Native verbal and written knowledge of UK English.
  • Previous experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS-Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and a proactive approach.
