About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care & Fashion Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international premium clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
- Answering customer requests (phone calls and emails).
- Providing the best-in-class customer service based on a fine understanding of the e-commerce business.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Closely cooperating with our Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.
Requirements:
- Native verbal and written knowledge of UK English to support our customers.
- First experience in the customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
- Working computer skills required (MS-Office).
- Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
- Proactive, good organizational skills, and time management.
