Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team in Asturias, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, providing service information to external customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for existing and potential external customers, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Manage customer service inquiries, process regular and complex orders, and proactively notify customers of late orders due to product availability or transportation issues.
  • Make root cause analysis, solve problems, and process customer complaints and returns, following our Complaint Management process and return policies.
  • Monitor open orders to ensure timely deliveries, perform quality control checks, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure quality data integrity and accuracy, maintaining customer master data, materials, invoicing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, logistics, supply chain, credit controllers, data management team, carriers, warehouse, and customers.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented position.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Native French and fluent English language skills.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, with good knowledge of SAP and valuable experience in Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, organization, customer focus, active listening, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and build collaborative relationships.
