The Sales and Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in the sales structure, acting as the primary customer interface. They assist field sales professionals with various activities and serve as sales representatives for assigned customers in their territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process customer orders using various applications, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
  3. Identify and assess customer needs to drive sales growth and achieve customer satisfaction.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  5. Provide accurate and complete information to customers, utilizing the most effective methods and tools.
  6. Meet sales targets and call handling quotas, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  7. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, following up to ensure resolution.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts efficiently.
  9. Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven customer support experience or background as a Client Service Representative.
  2. Excellent phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  3. Familiarity with SAP systems and practices.
  4. Customer-centric approach and ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  7. Proficiency in Spanish, English, and a third language is highly valued.
