We are seeking a Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing customer orders and providing service information to both existing and prospective clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for both current and potential clients, acting as a knowledgeable resource for internal inquiries.
- Handle customer service requests to meet their needs, including processing standard and complex orders, and proactively communicating any delays.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and manage customer complaints and returns in accordance with established policies.
- Monitor open orders to guarantee timely deliveries, performing quality checks and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across various systems, including customer information, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, logistics, and customers, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, analysis, organization, and effective communication.
