About the Role

We are currently looking for a Commercial and Sales Analytics Specialist to join our team in Asturias, Spain. The purpose of this position is to provide advanced commercial sales support to Group Account Managers/Sales Operational Leaders, help to drive a more effective sales process across the organization, and ensure internal/external customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned customers: knowledge of roles and responsibilities at the customer and knowledge of internal relationships/decision makers, understanding the Axalta way
  • Interacts with broader network of internal Axalta partners to ensure that the customers' requirements are understood, and commitments are met
  • Provides advanced commercial support to Account Managers & Sales Operational Leaders
  • Responsible for management of required SOX processes (Sales and Revenue Process – Rebates, Discounts & Commissions, Sales revenues are not improperly recognized, KG- Price List Validation, Payment Terms, Incoterms)
  • Responsible for the following price-related topics: creation of KG price changes request via SFDC (for prices changes in SAP), KG price list update and maintenance in internal customer prices list and in OMP+ as well (in OMP+ for all assigned customers - regardless of whether CPU or KG customer)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree qualification in business administration, economics, marketing, or any other related field
  • Business acumen, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office, SAP)
  • Ideally, fluent in English, German, and preferably one additional language (French, Spanish)
