Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial and Sales Analytics Specialist to join our team in Asturias, Spain. This role will provide advanced commercial sales support to Group Account Managers/Sales Operational Leaders, drive a more effective sales process across the organization, and ensure internal/external customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned customers, including roles and responsibilities, internal relationships, and decision-makers.
  • Interacts with internal Axalta partners to ensure customer requirements are understood and commitments are met.
  • Provides advanced commercial support to Account Managers & Sales Operational Leaders.
  • Manages required SOX processes, including Sales and Revenue Process, Rebates, Discounts & Commissions, Sales revenues are not improperly recognized, KG- Price List Validation, Payment Terms, Incoterms.
  • Responsible for price-related topics, including creation of KG price changes requests, KG price list updates, and maintenance of internal customer prices lists and OMP+.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree qualification in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Business acumen, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ideal fluency in English, German, and one additional language (French, Spanish).
