Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Analytics and Commercial Insights Specialist to enhance our team.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver sophisticated commercial sales assistance to Group Account Managers and Sales Operational Leaders, facilitating a more efficient sales process across the organization and ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring an 80/20 split between remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain comprehensive knowledge of assigned clients, including their roles, responsibilities, and internal decision-makers, while understanding the Axalta approach.
  • Collaborate with a wider network of internal Axalta partners to ensure that client needs are comprehended and commitments are fulfilled.
  • Provide advanced commercial support to Account Managers and Sales Operational Leaders.
  • Oversee necessary SOX processes related to sales and revenue, ensuring accurate recognition of sales revenues and managing price list validations.
  • Manage price-related tasks, including the creation of price change requests and maintaining updated pricing information across various platforms.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, analytical proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ideally, fluency in English, German, and preferably one additional language such as French or Spanish.
