The Role

We are seeking a People Support Center Specialist to join our People Operations Team. This role will be part of Wella's People Operation Centre and will report to the People Operations Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Full ownership of payroll process and HRIS administration, working collaboratively with the local People Team and People Operations Leader.
  • Forming and maintaining employee records following the end-to-end employee life cycle, such as employment contracts, starter packs, leaver letters, etc.

Key Responsibilities

The People Support Center Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing payroll processes, including data entry, calculations, and compliance.
  • Administering HRIS systems, including employee data, benefits, and time-off management.
  • Coordinating with the local People Team to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Developing and maintaining employee records, including employment contracts, starter packs, and leaver letters.
